Frequently asked questions about shipping, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

When and How Will My Product Ship

  • Most Orders will ship on the next business day from when the order is placed. In rare situations it may take up to 5 business days to ship a product
  • All Express (Overnight Orders) will ship on the same business day (if the order is placed by 1pm eastern time) otherwise, on the following business day.
  • Orders under $200 ship via USPS First Class Mail
  • Orders over $200 ship via Fedex Ground
  • Overnight/Express Orders ship via UPS Overnight

How do I return?

  • Send an email to
  • Include your order number and your reason for returning.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a return label.

What items are returnable? 

  • All products are eligible for return within 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products returned 30 days from date of purchase are eligible for a full refund. 
  • Products returned 31-90 days from date of purchase will receive store credit.
  • All products must be unused and in resellable condition
  • All products must be n the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Can the items be exchanged?

Products may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 business days after approval.
